Born from the collective vision of four seasoned creative professionals, Loose Cannons is the embodiment of decades of industry expertise and a shared passion for pushing creative boundaries. With decades of individual experience, our founders have each left an indelible mark on numerous brands by elevating their visual identities and storytelling to new heights.
Having collaborated sporadically in the past, it became clear that whenever our paths intertwined, the work produced transcended expectations and ventured into uncharted creative territories. Recognizing the synergistic magic we decided to pool our strengths to create Loose Cannons.

Who We Are...
Ian Jacob
Photography is Ian's passion, and throughout the 15 years he's been professionally shooting, he's had the opportunity to work in many different genres. For the past 10 years, his focus has been in the advertising space, more specifically the beauty industry, where he captures stills and motion of models and products. He's the type of person who doesn’t like to do the same thing day in and day out, so capturing both models and products allows him to mix things up while staying in the same lane and offering more range to his clients. Fueled by passion (and coffee), he truly enjoys every aspect of what he does, whether it's chatting about art direction with a client, dancing on set because his team is nailing the concepts, or finding some solace while in his editing cave during post-production.
His studio work has allowed him to make a name for himself, but he never turns down a chance to shoot on location or outdoors, whether it's where he's based in South Florida or other cities like New York City, Los Angeles, or abroad. If he is given an opportunity to work with a client, 9 times out of 10 they turn into repeat customers, either because they see his passion through the quality of work he delivers, or they just enjoy the good vibes he promotes. When he's not working, he loves surfing, diving, or mountain biking and spending time with his beautiful wife and three precious children.
